He is currently the founder and president for Irvine Tyme, LLC, he wrote his first cookbook Mission: Cook! With the help of Brian O’Reilly published in 2007. Irvine Tyme has introduced an Irvine-branded line of spices, oils and vinegars; Robert currently lives on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina. He plans to marry Gail Kim a former WWE and current TNA Wrestler. A spring 2012 wedding is being planned; Irvine has two daughters Talia and Annalise. Some of his professional honors include Ambassador of the Culinary Institute of America (awarded at commencement, December 2007), Chef Professional from La Toque Blanche International and the Chef’s Five-Star Diamond Award from American Academy of Hospitality Sciences from 1998–2003. He is also a member of the Malta Chefs Society (MCS).
