Florida Mansion In 2010, Gil de Ferran paid$1.6 million for a plot of land in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He proceeded to custom build a 9,000 square foot modern mansion on the property. He listed this home for sale in October 2021 for $13 million. The listing was eventually pulled and he remained the owner at the time of his death in December 2024.
